Join us for the “Panettone Experience,” an enchanting evening hosted by Giovanni Liguoro, Poesia Cafe’s Master Pastry Chef. Participants will immerse themselves in the allure of Panettone, discovering its rich history and importance.
The event will feature an engaging exploration of the Panettone baking process and a close-up tasting of raw ingredients, such as succulent raisins, premium chocolates, and zesty oranges.
The highlight of the evening includes a live demonstration of crafting a dough akin to Panettone, followed by a hands-on group activity to finish and savor your own Panettone creation.

The grand finale will be a delightful tasting session, pairing your freshly made Panettone with a glass of exquisite prosecco.
