Course about the 4 competences. 16-hour course.
Class meets once a week on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm from 4/14.

The Program

Classes are intended for applicants to the official test, and to anyone else interested in taking the test B1, who has already reached a level B1 of general Italian proficiency.

Level B1 as defined by the European criteria corresponds to an intermediate level in most of the language schools in the US.

The course covers two different areas:

  • Vocabulary and grammar rules review according to the level B1
  • Practice of the 4 language skills in different contexts and situations as indicated by the CELI guide.

Through exercises in class and home assignments, the instructor will help you build your vocabulary, master the grammar, and the necessary skills in the four competencies listed above.
