Cooking Class
Additional information
Experience authentic Italian cuisine, learning the tips and tricks to prepare a delicious menù you can simply remake at your house, with Istituto Italiano Scuola.
Our wonderful chef Caterina from Sugo.Cooking will lead us through the preparation of a typical Italian meal. We will focus on Italian dishes featuring winter Italian traditions.
This time we will teach you how to cook “Spezzatino di pollo con patate al forno” a dish that is very simple, but tasty, typical of many Mediterranean cuisines for its ingredients and for the slow cooking process. The spezzatino is a recipe that every grandmother will cook for you at least once during a typical Sunday family lunch.
Its characteristic is certainly the variety of ingredients that can be used to create different flavors every time. In short, it is one of the most versatile dishes of Italian cuisine.
NOTE: This class is great for everyone, no experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. At the end of the preparation, we will eat together what we cooked.
