A package of three Pasta online lessons from the easiest recipe to the most complicated. With Chiara and her grandmothers from the project NonnaLive, we will teach you every step to make pasta to perfection.

Together we will learn how to make: • PUMPKIN STUFFED GNOCCHI (October)

• QUADRUCCI IN LEEK AND POTATO SOUP (November) • CANNELLONI (December)

The lessons are open to all levels of Italian because, where necessary, there will be an integration of the explanation in English, and they will be as interactive as possible. Each student will receive information materials specially created by NonnaLive via email, such as the Zoom link, recipes, explanations of ingredients, etc. before each lesson.
